Who I Am: Fiona Daniels

I am Fiona Daniels, the first female bodybuilder in the United States with Down Syndrome to earn a pro card. My journey into the world of bodybuilding began in 2020 when I set out on a mission to improve my health and fitness. Weighing 158 pounds at the start, I dedicated myself to rigorous training and a disciplined lifestyle. Just six months later, my hard work and determination paid off when I won my first bodybuilding competition, stepping onto the stage at a remarkable 95 pounds. My story is one of resilience, breaking barriers, and proving that with unwavering commitment, anything is possible. Today, I continue to inspire others to pursue their dreams, regardless of the obstacles they may face.
